2007 Triathlon Training

TrySports’ Triathlon Training Program

It's that time of year again, the 2007 Triathlon season is rapidly approaching. This is our second year, and after a very successful first year where we got over 20 athletes ready for the 3rd race in the Charleston Sprint Triathlon Series, this year we're starting our triathlon training program early, giving you a 16 week training program to make sure you are ready in good time for all 4 races. We are also going to modify the program to ensure each and every participant receives their own customized training program, so whether it's going to be your first or 10th triathlon ever, we'll give you the training to make sure you reach your goals! This program is tailored to suit:

  • Beginner or novice triathletes.
  • More experienced triathletes are also welcome.

Picture of the 2006 Athletes at the Charleston Sprint Triathlon Series, and a comment from one of the Ladies who attended:

"Last spring I decided to challenge myself in a new way by participating in the Charleston Sprint Triathlon Series. Joining the triathlon training program through Try Sports was the best decision I could have made. Being a novice, I was scared that I could not keep up or fit in. I had no reason to fear. The staff at Try Sports and the other people in the training program were wonderful. It was great to have people teach you the correct way to train and to cheer you on the whole way. During the races, having your new friends shouting your name and ready to hug you after the race was wonderful. I cannot wait to train with them again.

Hope all is well in the store. Please tell everyone I said hello.

Best,
Diana.
