TrySports ASICS competition

The 13th annual Isle of Palms Connector Run and Walk for the Child was held on Saturday 7th October 2006. There was an excellent turnout despite a significant deterioration in the weather. With the race starting at 8:00, it was a cold, windy 57 degrees, compared to what we have been used to.

TrySports held a free competition for participants and with the help of ASICS had a total prize fund valued at $1000. The top five prizes were presented after the prize giving ceremony. There were a further 20 consolation prize winners who will each receive a free ASICS t-shirt or shorts (value $35). The winners were as follows:
