All resumes will be considered for a position as a part-time Extraordinary Member Help Executive (EMHE), which can involve working anywhere from 15 - 30 hours/week with potential of full-time employment for excellent performance.

The EMHE is TrySports first interface with our customers and as such has primary responsibility for customer relationships. You must have a passion for customer service and at least one of our sports. While you will receive early responsibility, you will also be coached on a fast track training program. You do not need previous retail experience; however you must be able to demonstrate why you believe you will excel at TrySports. While not essential, candidates with a background or education in exercise science, health promotion or kinesiology are very welcome.

On a daily basis, you will be expected to excel in the following areas:

• Selling: confidence in your ability to help our members to buy our high quality products and added value services.
• Wow Customers: identifies with our mission to wow our customers through consistently outstanding service and interaction.
• Knowledge: has an excellent background of relevant experience of at least one of our major divisions: running, cycling and triathlon.
• Attention to Detail: understands the importance of getting things done correctly first time and operates with that objective in mind at all times.
