Zen 4U You When founder, Glenn Raus, first thought of starting a triathlon/endurance coaching business, he knew that I wanted it to be more than just writing training plans and assigning workouts. He also knew that he wanted to combine his years of experience in triathlons with my years of experience in karate. Although seemingly different on the outside, karate and triathlons are indeed very much alike. 2.Both pit you against the fiercest of opponents; yourself. So, how do you defeat an opponent that knows your every weakness and your every strength? The answer is simple. You start to eliminate your weaknesses and increase your strengths through small, manageable, incremental steps until your old, self-doubting internal self no longer recognizes the new you.
